Light lunch probably chili and buns and chicken noodle soup with buns and some varieties of desert and assorted club beverages
I will be there to supervise vendors entry
The indoor range will be shut down from Friday noon till Sunday noon
For set up and takedown
I will need some assistance for set up
The vendors will mostly be the main event with a small space for ELGC members sales stuff

The Indoor Range, Conference Centre and Roadkill Cafe will not be available for any other use or purpose for the duration of this event.
