In order for a Canadian citizen to compete in IPSC Shotgun matches in Canada, successful completion of our Black Badge Safety Training course is necessary.
IPSC has developed a shotgun-only black badge course to allow new shooters, who may not have pistols, the shoot in IPSC shotgun-only competitions.
The course consists of several hours of classroom time in combination for two days of live firing on the range.
Prior to participation members must validate they meet the basic criteria for attending this course.
More details available from the IPSC Ontario website under the Black Badge Course page: TBD
