NOTE:
Club training course requirements:

• You will be required to know and demonstrate the acronyms
  ACTS and PROVE.
• Bring 2 copies of your Application and Waiver form (Club Level Safety only).
• Bring hearing/eye protection and a pen.
• EMT for your attendance must be coordinated with Nelson, prior to classes.
